Contact Us

As you spend time on this site and with my publications, I hope that you'll see just how committed I am to giving you the best information that I can, information that is independent and expert, information that you can use to make confident HDTV buying decisions. And I want to be responsive to your needs and concerns.

QUESTIONS?

So if you have a question about HDTVs or home entertainment systems or display technology, feel free to write me. You can send email directly to me at prof@hdtvprofessor.com. Please understand that I receive a great deal of mail every day, and I can't always reply as promptly as I would like. So I have set up an auto responder so you'll know that I got your message. And as you'll see in the Almanac posts, I frequently pick visitor questions as the topic for a post, so watch for an answer to your question there.

ALMANAC

And speaking of the Almanac, if you want to ask a question or make a comment about one of the posts, please send email to almanac@hdtvprofessor.com. That will also come directly to me (and there's an auto responder on that account too), but the different address helps me manage my incoming mail better. And I may decide to share your comment in a future Almanac post, so please let me know if you have something to say.

Whether you want to send bricks or bouquets, I want to hear from you. Your feedback is important to me, and it helps me make this site more useful for you and everyone else.

WEB SITE CONCERNS

Now, if you have a question or concern about this Web site, or see something that should be fixed, please send your email to webmaster@hdtvprofessor.com, as that will get your concern to the people who can solve the problem the fastest.

Our postal address is:
856 Doerner Rd
Roseburg, OR 97471

Please understand that I receive a lot of mail, and I can't promise to reply to it; email is so much easier. And I don't return anything that is sent to me unsolicited; if you want to send me something that you'll want back, please contact me first to make sure we can make arrangements for its return.

THANK YOU!

Thanks so much for visiting our HDTV Resource Center. I hope you'll be back often, and I look forward to hearing from you.

-The Professor
